This state-of-the-art apartment building is surrounded by the unspoilt countryside of the Marche region and has a captivating sea view. One of the architect’s goals was to be kind to the environment by minimising energy consumption. The building has a solar power system and the swimming pool uses salt electrolysis, which is the healthiest and most natural way to treat the water. The extensive grounds give guests plenty of space to meditate and picnic amongst fruit trees and bushes laden with cherries, apricots, plums, raspberries, and gooseberries. There is also a children’s playground. The apartments are equipped with every convenience, even a charging point for electric cars.  

The agriturismo (25 km from the beach) run by the owners, offers rooms (with air conditioning, TV, Wi-fi and services), apartments, a large dining room, biliard room, laundry room, heated and covered swimming pool in use from April to November with Jacuzzi and jet cervical, children's playground and bicycles. It also provides a minibus with air conditioning, for excursions and transfers from and to the station and the airport.
A civil ceremony can be conducted in the garden followed by a reception  al fresco!
